TERMS OF USE These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.rogueflowersla.com and the purchase of any floral products from our shop. Please be aware that by using this website, you agree to abide by these terms, conditions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability. You also acknowledge that you’ve read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Rogue Flowers reserves the right to modify or update this information without prior notice.

REFUNDS, SHIPPING, AND WARRANTIES Rogue Flowers does not offer refunds. If you have concerns about the quality or longevity of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss. We may request photos for verification to share with our suppliers. Unfortunately, we cannot replace any flowers if you contact us after 24 hours. We are unable to provide replacements for incorrect delivery due to inaccurate delivery information provided. It is the sender’s responsibility to provide us with precise and detailed delivery instructions. In case of a wrong delivery address, we can arrange re-delivery but at an additional cost. Should a refund be granted, an administration fee of $10 will be applied. All out-of-state orders are shipped within 7 days and typically take 5-10 days for delivery through a third-party courier service. By purchasing and paying for delivery, you acknowledge that the courier service is a third-party entity. We do not control their delivery schedules or operations. Rogue Flowers is not responsible for and will not cover any losses, damages, costs, or expenses related to the third-party courier’s delivery service, including damages to the flowers once they are loaded by the courier at our premises or during transit and delivery. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Pricing includes GST, and delivery fees are calculated during checkout.

If you do not agree or are unable to agree with ANY of the above terms and conditions, then please refrain from placing an order or making inquiries. All discrepancies will be referred back to the above terms in all orders, quotes, emails, or any forms of communication with Rogue Flowers. WEDDING & EVENT TERMS Our quotes remain valid for 30 days. To secure a date, Rogue Flowers requires a non-refundable deposit. We cannot hold dates or tentative bookings until the deposit is received. This deposit compensates for work completed up to that point and prevents us from booking other events on that date. Changes to a quote can be made up to 4 weeks prior to the event, but the final quote amount cannot be reduced by more than 10% from the original agreed-upon quote. All changes must be submitted in writing. Events canceled within 30 days of the event date will be billed in full, regardless of the circumstances. For events canceled with more than 30 days’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable. In case your wedding date needs to be rescheduled, we will work with you to accommodate the new date. However, we cannot accept date changes within 2 weeks of your originally booked date. Payment Terms: The balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date unless otherwise agreed upon with Rogue Flowers. We cannot deliver any items or event designs without full payment. Product Substitution & Availability: Flowers and foliage are subject to seasonal variations in quality and availability. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact colors or shades of specific products. Weather conditions significantly affect flower and foliage availability. Regardless of specific product availability, we will always adhere to the agreed-upon color palette and floral design aesthetic. We reserve the right to substitute floral and sundry products to ensure the highest quality ingredients and will make every effort to maintain the intended color scheme. If necessary, we can arrange a final consultation to discuss alternative options. In the event of an unforeseen event leading to the cancellation or relocation of the wedding within 30 days of the planned date, and if the wedding date cannot be rescheduled or relocated by mutual agreement you agree to be liable for the initial non-refundable deposit and an amount equal to the cost of any flowers or materials purchased by us to fulfill our obligations under this Agreement. Installations: It is the client’s responsibility to inform the venue or event manager about any floral installations. You should also obtain permission from your venue for any large-scale floral installations. Rogue Flowers will not be held responsible or liable if an installation cannot be completed due to a lack of permission or safety concerns at the venue. If the client provides their own structure, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure its security and durability under all weather conditions. Hire Items: All hired items remain the property of Rogue Flowers. Hired items must be returned by the agreed-upon date. The client is responsible for ensuring that no hired items are taken from the event, and if any items are missing, damaged, or lost, the client will be liable for the cost of replacement. Broken or damaged items must be paid for in full. Rogue Flowers reserves the right to charge an additional holding fee for all hire items and may charge the client for full replacement costs for any missing, damaged, or lost hired items.

Deliveries

Delivery Schedule: We offer same-day delivery for orders placed through Doordash and same-day delivery for orders placed before 10 am from our website.

Local Delivery Charges: Our local delivery charges range from $16 to $36, depending on the delivery location. These fees are determined by the delivery location and are applicable within a 35-mile radius.

Hospital Deliveries: For hospital deliveries, please ensure that the recipient is still at the hospital by contacting the concierge. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all hospitals have specific guidelines, and our arrangements will be handed over to the hospital staff for delivery.
